Yummy Nutella cupcakes.
Ingredients:
175 grams room temperature butter or margarine
175 grams caster sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 eggs
175 grams self raising flour

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
Add butter and sugar into a mixing bowl and mix until the sugar is all crushed and the mixture is a pale yellow.
Add the eggs and mix again until it becomes for yellow and moist.
Add the flour and stir with a spatula.
Add the vanilla and stir for about five minutes.
Our tip is to mix longer that the mixture will be lighter and the cupcakes you bake will be fluffier.
Pour a quarter into fairy cake cases. Then add a teaspoon of Nutella, followed by another quarter of batter. This will make 24 cupcakes.
Put it in the oven for 15 minutes.
To check if they are done, gently press at the top and make sure they bounce back up. The top should be a bit sticky!
Let them cool for half an hour.
You can add icing, buttercream, glaze, chocolate or eat them plain!
